Today, we take you to the first Brussels wine producer, Thierry Lejeune. 4 years ago, the initial vintage of @gudulebrussels was born. The idea was to create an urban winery in order to share his passion for quality wine through his own production.

Gudule produces red, orange, white and sparkling wine from 17 different grape varieties. Gudule's wines have already won 12 medals in only 3 years, are all certified organic and have very low sulfite levels. The vintages are limited to several thousand bottles. Gudule is based at @greenbizz.brussels until further notice but plans to open a restaurant in Tour & Taxis, move the production there and offer wine workshops are on the table! You can find bottles on their website and through resellers.
